We have spent the last week in the company of the Race Furniture classic Antelope chair.
In case you missed our tweets and instagrams here are some of our ‘Adventures with an Antelope’ that you missed. Check them out using the hashtags #adventureswithanantelope.
We enjoyed a few days shooting at our studio in London – before heading out to the Mini Moderns beach house at Dungeness, where we were granted exclusive permission by our friend at Prospect Cottage to shoot in the famous garden, created by artist and film maker, Derek Jarman.

The Antelope chair warming up in front of our Charnwood Cove 1 stove – yes it was cold enough to light the fire!
As the Antelope had originally been designed as outdoor seating at the Festival of Britain – it seemed very happy to brave the elements with us – and proved to be a very patient model.
However, it was good to get inside as the weather took a rather wet and windy turn, and after spending the day hiding away from the extreme weather, we headed back to London, with just enough time to catch a few more shots of the Antelope at home, before we said our goodbyes.
We would like to say a big thank you to Race Furniture for giving us the opportunity to spend time with such a well mannered house guest!
